Job summary

BS&A Software in Michigan is seeking an Enterprise Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, courteous product support for our cloud-based ERP applications to municipal customers. You will manage telephone and email support, and occasional in-person assistance, while building relationships and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured environment.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to support BS&A’s growth

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or similar customer-focused role.
• Familiarity with enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully completing onboarding within 6–9 months as determined by management.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with BS&A customers and colleagues.
• Asking targeted questions to determine customer needs and provide quality solutions.
• Relaying technical and procedural concepts clearly to customers at their level of understanding.
• Communicating information through email, case notes, calls, and in-person interactions.
• Maintaining composure in unfamiliar situations to uphold customer confidence.
• Participating in a collaborative team environment and sharing knowledge to support growth.
• Continuing to learn the suite of applications and related tools.
• Converting and balancing data as needed.
• Working with QA to troubleshoot issues and test changes.
• Taking on individual projects to drive improvements.
