Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Pursuit Lead, Elevate to own transformational opportunities end-to-end—from first strategic engagement through close and into early customer success. You’ll be accountable for deal progression, commercial architecture, and outcomes, collaborating with a Transformational Platform Consultant for a unified delivery voice.

You will operate upstream of traditional sales motions, shaping platform-level transformations that cross business units and require executive engagement

Qualifications

10+ years of traditional enterprise sales, Software Sales and deal structuring.
5+ years of Large Deal Pursuit role with proven track record closing $50M+ TCV contracts.
5+ years of experience with corporate strategy, business development, large complex corporate transactions.
Demonstrated executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.
Deep understanding of enterprise transformation and operating models.
Ability to influence without authority.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
Single point of accountability mindset.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end transformation opportunities from initial engagement to close.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment and ecosystem partners into pursuit strategy.
Lead final negotiations and maintain executive engagement.
Handoff to Account Owner, Customer Success, and Delivery teams after closure.
