Job summary

Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for a full-time position in Mattoon, IL. The role offers a high-volume referral network, state-of-the-art surgical suites, and leadership support to tailor blocks such as 7-on/7-off or alternate weeks.

Compensation is substantial with aggressive incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, and a robust benefits package. Illinois licensure and a valid DEA are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• DEA registration and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ENT evaluations and surgeries.
• Utilize multiple surgery sites with potential expansion.
• Coordinate with primary care and pediatric referrals.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient follow-up.
