Job summary

LPL Home Office Technologies seeks an Analyst II, Home Office Tech to provide IT support to internal employees, resolving issues across multiple channels while promoting adoption of new technologies.

The role requires being onsite five days a week at the corporate office, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to knowledge base development for AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Tech Support experience including Windows and Mac.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune AutoPilot, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 2 IT support for end-user computing devices for LPL employees and Contingent workers.
• Responds to incidents and requests within a ticketing system in a fast-paced environment.
• Deploys and troubleshoots end-user computing devices including laptops, desktops, printers, MFPs, and wireless devices.
• Reimage computers/hard drives using MS Intune Autopilot and perform Move/Add/Change tasks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS, Office, and browsers.
• Provide training and create knowledge base articles.
