LPL Financial LLC is seeking an Analyst II, Home Office Tech to deliver Tier 2 IT support for end-user devices across multiple offices. You will respond to incidents, deploy and troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems, and help drive user adoption of new technologies.
The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with IT teams. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in tech support, experience with AD/Azure/Intune Autopilot, ServiceNow, and Office 365, and is able to work onsite full-time
Qualificações
- 2+ years of Tech Support experience
- Experience with workstation setup and management
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domains, Azure, Intune Autopilot, ServiceNow, Office 365, and corporate networks
Responsabilidades
- Provide Tier 2 support for end-user computing devices
- Respond to incidents and requests within a ticketing system
- Deploy and troubleshoot Windows/Mac devices and peripherals
- Reimage computers using Intune Autopilot
- Perform Move/Add/Change functions and deployments
- Provide customer training and knowledge documentation
