Job summary

• CompTIA A+ or related technology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides desktop hardware, software, and peripheral support for city staff; installs, configures, deploys, monitors, and maintains equipment.
• Assists end users, coordinates with vendors, and maintains inventory and documentation.
• Performs administrative duties such as maintaining inventory, deploying new equipment, and updating work orders; participates in system/network support as needed.
