Westlake Financial is hiring a Strategic Dealer Manager to expand dealer partnerships and drive loan production. You will train dealers on current programs, provide expert guidance by phone, email and video, and work with National Account Executives to grow corporate relationships at the dealer level.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Automotive, or Phone sales preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with proven success.
• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on programs.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to restructure vehicle loans for approvals.
• Identify opportunities for value realization at the dealership level.
