WithCoverage is seeking a Risk Advisor to support construction client relationships and help scale its construction vertical in Philadelphia. The role involves managing construction accounts, conducting Risk Analyses, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in commercial insurance, strong communication skills, and a desire to develop technical expertise. The expected pay range is $85,000 – $125,000 annually, along with additional benefits, equity options, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance or client advisory roles.
• Familiarity with GL, WC, commercial auto, and builders risk coverage lines.
• Confident in client conversations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage a portfolio of construction accounts.
• Participate in client-facing Risk Analyses.
• Assist in preparing marketing submissions and renewal proposals.
• Support certificate and contract review processes.
