Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, merit-based environment.
• Must obtain real estate salesperson license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Complete intensive training program.
• Reach out to owners of commercial real estate and generate revenue.
• Build long-term relationships with investment property owners.
• Record activity in Matthews’ CRM system.
• Utilize tools and technology to win business.
