Matthews™ is seeking a Sales Associate in Boston to join a fast‑growing, merit‑driven real estate team. You will complete an intensive training program and become an expert in commercial real estate analysis and brokerage. The role involves relentlessly reaching out to owners, tracking activity in Matthews™ CRM, and using leading tools to win business.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-selling environment with a Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Sales Associate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Proactive, coachable and entrepreneurial mindset required.
• Willingness to perform high-volume outreach (100+ cold calls daily).
• Commitment to completing real estate license within 120 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Complete Matthews™ intensive training program.
• Become an expert in commercial real-estate analysis/brokerage.
• Relentlessly reach out to owners of commercial real-estate.
• Maintain detailed activity records in Matthews™ CRM.
• Utilize company tools and technology to win business and build relationships.
