Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Commercial & Industrial HVAC Journeyman on Union Scale in Wisconsin. The role covers Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Madison with a 1st shift, direct-hire arrangement.

Expect $52.00/hr on union contract, with a comprehensive pension, healthcare, on-call pay, and strong overtime potential. You will diagnose and service high-tonnage HVAC systems, manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and control faults, and advise clients.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC card with union membership or willingness to join
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical controls, motor controls, and building automation interfaces
• Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and navigate restricted spaces safely
• Clean driving record and Wisconsin residency

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install complex HVAC systems and high-capacity process equipment across regional sites
• Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance
• Perform electrical diagnostics and fault-tracing for motor control and automation systems
• Verify complete operational cycles during commissioning and validation
• Consult with facility directors and plant managers as a trusted technical advisor
• Collaborate with local dispatchers and mentor trade apprentices on site
