Qualifications

• Requires HVAC 1 Industrial Journeyman Card with union membership or willingness to enroll.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience.
• Clean driving record and Wisconsin residency.

Responsibilities

• High-Tonnage Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install complex HVAC systems across regional sites.
• Preventive Maintenance Management: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance.
• Electrical & Controls Fault-Tracing: Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls and automation interfaces.
• System Commissioning & Validation: Verify operational cycles prior to completion.
• Client Technical Advisory: Advise facility directors and plant managers with digital service sign-offs.
• Field Leadership & Mentorship: Guide apprentices and collaborate with pod dispatchers.
