Qualifications

• Journeyman credentials with HVAC 1 Industrial Card and union membership or willingness to enroll.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls and building automation interfaces.
• Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work in restricted spaces.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• High-tonnage diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize performance.
• Electrical & controls fault-tracing using diagnostic methods.
• System commissioning and validation prior to job completion.
• Provide client technical advisory and mentorship to apprentices.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and field leadership on workflow.
