Eden Capital Careers in Wisconsin is seeking a Commercial & Industrial HVAC Journeyman on union scale for a direct-hire role across Green Bay, Milwaukee, or Madison. The 1st shift Monday–Friday offers stable hours, strong benefits, and long-term career potential with a debt-free, growth-oriented contractor.

You will diagnose high-tonnage systems, perform preventive maintenance, fault-trace electrical/controls, and assist commissioning.

Formación

• Valid Journeyman status with HVAC 1 Industrial Card and local union membership, or willingness to enroll.
• 3+ years verifiable commercial/industrial service experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of motor controls, wiring diagnostics, and building automation exposure.
• Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops, and work in restricted spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsabilidades

• High-tonnage diagnostics and repair of commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Preventive maintenance scheduling to maximize system performance.
• Electrical/Controls fault-tracing and troubleshooting.
• System commissioning and validation prior to job completion.
• Client technical advisory and on-site guidance.
• Field leadership and mentorship of apprentices.
