Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC credentials with current card and union membership willingness.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial service experience required.
• Strong electrical and controls knowledge; familiarity with PLCs desirable.
• Clean driving record and regional Wisconsin residency required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install high‑tonnage commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system uptime.
• Diagnose electrical and control faults, including motor controls and automation.
• Verify commissioning and validation of mechanical networks before completion.
• Advise clients as a technical authority and secure digital service sign‑offs.
• Lead and mentor apprentices on site with dispatchers and pods.
