It is a full-time, on-site position requiring in-person work at CA campuses, with relocation support provided. A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of leadership or coaching experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses in CA and other listed locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning with focused kickoffs to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
