• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus across multiple CA locations.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to uphold high-performance expectations.
