You will work directly with students in high-touch coaching settings, using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals, while delivering life-skills workshops designed for mastery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in multiple locations including Boca Raton, FL, and other US cities.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's systems.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation plans.
