Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning, stronger mentorship, and more time for students to build real-world skills. This role stays student-facing, focusing on motivation, coaching, and holding students to elite standards.

You will lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, deliver life-skills workshops, and set the tone each morning to foster a culture of excellence. The position is in-person at multiple campuses, with a six-figure salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain.
• At least 3 years of experience coaching or mentoring youth.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses across CA and other states.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using Coachbot analytics and progress data to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and documented motivation plans.
