Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least one instance of exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus across listed locations
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha's campuses
• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery through Alpha's system
• Set the cultural tone each morning through focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance expectations
• Track student progress and adjust coaching strategies based on data
