Job summary

Equinox in Orange County, CA is seeking Membership Sales Advisors to drive new memberships, renewals and ancillary services through in-club lead generation, pre-planned outreach, and referrals. You will work under a General Manager with a Regional Manager and a small sales team, staying informed about competitor trends to sharpen your approach.

The role emphasizes building rapport with prospective and current members, hosting events, and achieving or exceeding individual sales goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Participate in all club services, programs, and products under supervision.
