Job summary

Equinox in Irvine, CA is seeking Membership Sales Advisors to drive new member signups and renewals at our state-of-the-art OC location. You will work under the General Manager with a small regional team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

The role requires building relationships with members, hosting events, and leveraging referrals while maintaining knowledge of competing clubs. A passion for health and fitness and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required or preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.
• Comfort working with incentive-based pay structure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, personable, and client-focused demeanor.
• Personal passion for health and fitness is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell club memberships and drive new member acquisition.
• Prospect new business and client opportunities.
• Host events and workshops to generate in-club leads.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, renewals, and ancillary- services targets.
• Plan monthly outreach and referral strategies.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with members and prospects.
• Collaborate with GM, Regional Manager, and team to promote services.
