Job summary
Equinox in Newport Beach is seeking Membership Advisors to drive club membership sales and ancillary services. You will pre-plan monthly outreach, generate in-club leads, and secure referrals under the guidance of a General Manager and Regional Manager.
The role rewards performance with an incentive-based salary and opportunity for bonuses. A strong team player with excellent communication and a passion for health and fitness fits well. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and friendly disposition.
- Personal passion for health and fitness.
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Sell club memberships.
- Prospect new business and clients.
- Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and ancillary service goals.
- Conduct pre-planning activities each month including strategic outreach, for securing member referrals.
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Participate in all the club's services, programs, and products under management guidance.
