Job summary

GMES seeks a Client Services Specialist in Columbia, MO. This role is not a call center; you will be the first contact for our global clientele and receive in-depth training to become a high-impact resource for clients and the company.

You will react swiftly to inbound sales opportunities, manage online orders with accurate service and follow-up, gain Gear Expert knowledge, and participate in ongoing training to continuously improve customer experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• React swiftly and competently to inbound sales opportunities and address client needs.
• Manage online orders and provide accurate, exceptional service with prompt follow-up.
• Obtain Gear Expert level knowledge of product lines and internal procedures.
• Participate in ongoing procedural and product training sessions for effective service.
• Provide customer feedback to internal teams to improve our approach.
