Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide first-class guest service outdoors at our hotel properties. You will assist guests with luggage, open and close doors, and help guests during the valet check-in process, delivering a friendly welcome in all conditions.

We value English proficiency, excellent communication, and reliability. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement as the company grows across national hotel partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; verbally and written.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/run for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Open and close doors, assist arriving and departing guests, unload luggage.
• Provide a friendly welcome and assist guests through the valet check-in process.
