Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and items for events (buffets, stations, tables).
• Serve food and beverages per Banquet Event Orders and maintain presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide high-quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness by refreshing space and removing dishes and trash.
• Tear down and return equipment for next event.
