Job summary

New Albany Country Club is seeking part-time/on-call banquet servers and bartenders to support a variety of events in New Albany, Ohio. The role involves serving high-end clientele, maintaining professional service standards, and contributing to flawless event execution.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of professional banquet experience, excellent guest relations, and the ability to work flexible Monday–Friday shifts with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverages to guests at events.
• Set up event spaces, stations, and banquet layouts.
• Ensure service standards and etiquette throughout events.
• Assist with guest needs and special requests during events.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and equipment.
• Assist in breaking down and resetting spaces after events.

New Albany Country Club (NACC), a prestigious and private Country Club located in scenic New Albany, Ohio, is now accepting resumes/applications for experienced part-time and on-call banquet servers/bartenders to join our team. NACC is conveniently located just 5 minutes from 270 and 161, and 10 minutes from Easton TownCenter.

This opportunity is perfect for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule.NACC hosts a variety of events throughout the year including wedding ceremonies & receptions, bridal & baby showers, birthday & holiday parties, corporate meetings & retreats, and golf outings. We are seeking hospitality professionals with great personalities and exceptional service experience to help make our events memorable and successful.

Looking for individuals to work Monday - Friday AM & PM shifts. Occasional weekends.

Job Type:

Rate of Pay:

$16- $18 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications

Required Experience:

Minimum one year of professional banquet service.
