Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous/related experience in banquet/commercial kitchen preferred.
• Professional appearance and attitude essential.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products as directed while maintaining standards and specifications.
• Fulfill event orders and service requests from each department in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and cook food using grills, fryer, knives, etc.
• Prep all necessary food items for banquet service as directed.
• Produce high-quality food with excellent taste and presentation.
• Break down stations, store all food properly, and clean work areas per Health Department and ServSafe guidelines.
• Work with management to conduct inventory regularly.
• Adapt to changes in work environment and handle delays or unexpected events.
• Perform other duties to support Food & Beverage operations.
