Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in AV/tech support.
• 3+ years in audiovisual or technical support.
• 2+ years in a client/customer service environment.
• Experience with MS Office in a professional office.
• Strong troubleshooting for AV software/hardware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove technical support for internal meetings and executive presentations.
• Maintain conference room systems and perform firmware updates and maintenance.
• Schedule meeting rooms and provide comprehensive AV support for events.
• Identify and resolve AV issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Deploy and troubleshoot Teams, Zoom, Webex, and other platforms.
• Support Crestron Flex, Polycom codecs, and integrated AV systems.
