INFINITI of Chesapeake is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our growing team. This role rewards high performance with strong earning potential and a focus on building customer relationships, profitability, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

You will greet customers, present protection products, coordinate financing with lenders, submit deals, and ensure accurate paperwork while meeting DMV and lender requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive F&I experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending, compliance, and dealership finance products.
• Exceptional closing and customer service skills.
• Track record of driving profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present protection packages and benefits to customers.
• Coordinate financing with lenders to obtain best available terms.
• Submit deals to banks electronically and in ADP/bank systems.
• Enter transactions accurately and ensure paperwork meets DMV and lender requirements.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items for contract funding.
• Participate in store meetings and collaborate with sales teams to finalize transactions.
