Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Advanced Cosmetic Enhancement Specialist to deliver high-standard automotive detailing in a mobile environment. You will combine technical expertise with creativity to meet Rivian's expectations while working with cross-functional teams.

The role demands high energy, initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to manage tasks within tight timelines. Prior detailing experience and a valid U.S. driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years detailing or car wash experience recommended.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
• Perform post-service detail inspections for quality control.
• Clean interiors and exteriors using appropriate chemicals and procedures.
• Apply compounds, polishes, waxes, and sealants to surfaces.
• Install paint protection film and color/wet sand as needed.
• Document and close work orders in Rivian's system.
• Build relationships with customers through exceptional service.
