Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Advanced Cosmetic Enhancement Specialist to deliver high-quality detailing solutions in a mobile and service-center setting, maintaining Rivian’s strict standards. You’ll manage tasks with energy, initiative, independent judgment, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include deep cleaning, product application, and paint protection work, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Some travel and flexible hours are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years detailing or car wash experience
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• HS diploma or equivalent recommended but not required
• Certifications or Authorized Installers recommended but not required
• Sales/customer service experience recommended but not required
• Proficient in reading/comprehending English for work instructions

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian safety, cleanliness and organization standards
• Perform post-service detail inspections for quality control
• Clean interiors and exteriors per SOPs using appropriate products
• Apply compounds, polishes, waxes and sealants by hand or machine
• Install/repair paint protection film and perform touch-ups as needed
• Document and close work orders in Rivian’s system
