Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician in Madison, WI. You will assess, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition, using cutting tools, welds, and paints to ensure top-quality results.

You will work with a team to meet KPI goals, drive a fast and accurate turnaround, and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble vehicles with quality and safety.
• Realign chassis, replace damaged parts and glass as needed.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and KPI targets.
