Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair, disassembly, reassembly, and quality control. You will work with a team to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a technical school program or apprenticeship in auto body repair.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• WOW plan execution and adherence to the WOW Operating Way.
• Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles ensuring quality and safety.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace parts and glass as needed.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets standards.
