Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to accurately assess, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition.

The role involves disassembly, repair, reassembly, frame alignment, glass replacement, and applying factory-specified paint finishes with a focus on speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and follow repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Use tools to repair body panels, frames, and glass.
• Inspect vehicles after repairs to ensure quality and safety.
• Work with team to meet repair KPIs and safety standards.
