Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by meticulously repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition. The role involves disassembling, repairing, and reassembling cars while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will realign chassis, replace parts and glass, weld and repaint, and ensure work aligns with WOW operating standards to meet KPIs. Join a team dedicated to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with others in a shop.
• Strong understanding of auto body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with precision.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interior parts as needed.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specifications or equivalent.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
