Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass - Plano Rd in Dallas, TX is seeking an Auto Body Technician with 4–5 years of collision repair experience. You will meticulously assess and repair vehicles to restore pre-accident condition, disassembling, repairing, and reassembling components while upholding speed, quality and customer excellence.

You will work with teammates to plan repairs, measure progress, and execute jobs within labor time guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training via technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• 4–5 years minimum collision auto body repair experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare repair work and cost estimates.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Use cutting tools, weld, and fit parts; replace glass.
• Realign chassis and frames; ensure KPIs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
