Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a technical school program or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with parts and repair glass/windshields.
• Weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles per factory specs.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and KPI targets.
• Adhere to safety standards and assist the team as needed.
