LaserAway in Oregon is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations from first hello through long‑term loyalty, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients on their aesthetic journey.

This full-time role offers a base of $21.30/hr plus uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings of $70,000–$95,000; comprehensive training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required; flexible for evenings.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with base pay as floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Use LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads and patient history.
