Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to drive one-on-one consultations and build tailored treatment plans for patients in our CA clinic. You will guide clients through their aesthetic journey, from initial hello to long-term loyalty, while achieving revenue targets in a premium, luxury environment.

The role offers a base of $18/hr with uncapped commission. Average first-year earnings range from $70,000 to $95,000, and full training is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure—with base pay as the floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage leads and patient histories for prepared consultations.
