Job summary

Destination Aesthetics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a full-time role in Folsom, CA. You will greet patients, support providers, manage check-out and scheduling, and ensure smooth patient flow with attention to service quality.

The position offers hourly pay of $20–$23, a 40-hour work week with occasional Saturday availability, and benefits through AMP’s network including medical, vision, dental, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics or cosmetic dermatology.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve as the first point of contact for all patients.
• Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth.
• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards (Alle, Aspire, Xperience), and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.
• Educate patients on services, promotions, rewards, and financing options.
• Build strong patient relationships that promote loyalty and repeat visits.
• Contribute to re-engagement and retention strategies.
