Destination Aesthetics in Folsom, CA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time) to be the first point of contact for patients and to support providers with smooth patient flow. The role involves scheduling, payments, and educating patients about services and financing options.

Ideal candidates have prior aesthetics experience, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Support providers by ensuring chart documentation is complete and patient flow is smooth.
• Manage check-out, collect payments, apply rewards, and review visit summaries.
• Schedule appointments, answer calls, and conduct patient outreach.

Location: Folsom, CA ,

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $20-23/hr

Schedule/Availability: 40 hours per week. Open availability, one Saturday per month.

Responsibilities:

Requirements & Experience

• Previous medical experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology practice, or similar experience in a client-facing, customer service focused role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees may be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
