Job summary

Priority Gold in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking energetic Account Executives to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from a pre-existing database, helping clients diversify portfolios and protect assets while maximizing earnings.

Role features 300+ daily calls, commissions with unlimited upside, and ongoing training in a fast-paced environment; office location in Beverly Hills with prospects from Dallas and beyond. Training provided; third-party recruiters not considered.

Qualifications

• A strong desire to succeed in a sales role and a proven track record of hitting KPIs in a sales environment.
• A can-do attitude with a high level of focus on results and a growth mindset.
• A competitive spirit and eagerness to participate in sales contests and incentives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Dial 300+ outbound calls daily using our dialer system to engage with potential clients.
• Qualify, transfer, and follow-up with prospects looking to purchase precious metals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Participate in sales contests that foster a competitive spirit and high performance.
• Achieve and surpass KPIs to maximize earnings potential.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
