Morrison County is seeking a qualified eligibility worker to determine eligibility for various financial assistance programs, maintain a caseload, and ensure compliance with program guidelines.

The role involves interviewing clients, processing renewals, and coordinating with internal staff and external resources to meet needs. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Specialized training beyond high school but less than an associate degree.
• Three years of relevant experience required.
• Ability to pass all position required background checks and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Determine eligibility for SNAP, MSA, GA, GRH and other programs.
• Interview and screen walk-in and telephone requests.
• Process monthly Income Reports, renewals and eligibility determinations.
• Maintain and apply County, State and Federal regulations and communicate with clients.
• Enter claims in the system and coordinate with external resources.
• Prepare cases for audits or fraud investigations when required.
