Equus Workforce Solutions seeks a dedicated professional to oversee caseloads and deliver intake services for applicants pursuing subsidized childcare. You will coordinate referrals, determine eligibility, enroll eligible children, and manage payments and fees in compliance with program rules.

You will promote responsible participation, explain rights and responsibilities to parents, and use your strong communication and organizational skills to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and QA

• Must be knowledgeable about community resources.
• Must be computer literate with Word and Excel; able to learn specialized databases and software systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversees caseload of customers to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provides intake services for applicants seeking subsidized child care services.
• Accepts and coordinates referrals for child care from authorized sources.
• Determines, verifies, and documents eligibility and notifies parents of eligibility status.
• Enrolls categorically eligible children as authorized by the Board and partner providers.
• Promotes and ensures parental compliance with Personal Responsibility Agreement; invokes sanctions as warranted.
• Enrolls children in child care settings as appropriate.
• Authorizes payment to eligible parents and assesses parent fees.
• Implements client service, fund utilization, enrollment, and service priority strategies.
• Explains parents' rights and responsibilities and attendance responsibilities.
• Tracks attendance and services utilization; refers suspected fraud or misuse for further action.
• Enters client and case eligibility, demographic, and service information into the designated system.
• Assists and prepares responses for quality assurance monitoring.
• Provides process information support to parents as needed.
• May coordinate recruitment and monitoring of local area providers.
• Other duties as assigned.
