Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Account Manager to cover the Myrtle Beach, SC territory. You will maintain a portfolio of customers, provide excellent service, and drive sales through repair projects and service agreements.

This role reports to the General Manager and requires strong relationship building and strategic selling skills. The ideal candidate has a business or technical degree or relevant training, plus initial sales experience in technical services.

Qualifications

• Business or technical degree or completed training as a technician or technical business administrator.
• Experience in sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
• Develop and execute your own sales strategy to achieve targets.
• Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with sales reps and field colleagues.
