Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking an Account Manager in Phoenix to grow sales through strong customer relationships and strategic account management. The role focuses on delivering service and modernization offerings while meeting profitability targets within the Phoenix territory.

You will work with a dynamic team, using Otis tools and resources to pursue opportunities, bid for projects, and close deals with timely payments, all while representing a global leader in elevators and escalators.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' work experience in sales or account management.
Experience selling technical products requiring customer consultation.
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication.
Ability to work at pace in a demanding, corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Serve as primary contact for inquiries and timely issue resolution.
Develop build-on, repair, and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders.
Develop and execute your sales strategy to meet targets and profitability.
Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
Conduct sales negotiations and close deals with on-time payments.
Collaborate with fellow team members including other sales reps and field colleagues.
