Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong report writing, and ability to present to management. A valid driver’s license is required, with safety and compliance a priority.

• Strong written communication for reports and proposals.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Assist mechanics with jobs and provide on-the-job training.
• Review route profitability using accounting reports and report to management.
• Provide technical input to sales on scope of work and costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of elevator codes and company products.
• Order materials for service, repairs, and parts as needed.
• Participate in safety training and company training classes.
• Support field evaluations and performance evaluations.
