• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/blueprint drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by growing service and repair business.
• Manages service accounts by visiting customers to develop ongoing relationships and understand needs.
• Develops capital plans to address building needs.
• Maintains knowledge of products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prepares repair job proposals and service contract bids with input from operations.
• Responds to questions and follows up on quotes for repairs and service contracts.
