Job summary

TK Elevator in Chicago is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and grow service and repair business. You will cultivate relationships with Tier 1–3 customers, develop capital plans, and coordinate with operations to meet project timelines and revenue targets.

The role requires 1–2 years of elevator sales experience, the ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of elevator products and local code requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related sales experience in elevator sales or industry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare repair job proposals and service contract bids.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and compliance with local codes.
• Utilize CRM to update the sales pipeline and track opportunities.
• Support accounts receivable efforts and follow up on proposals.
